Your time and expense to attend our wedding is all the gift we need! If you choose to make an additional contribution, we of course would be grateful!
Please "claim" any item you purchase to avoid duplicates. This is a custom registry and doesn't auto-update (it also doesn't tell us what's claimed!)
The links are just examples! Feel free to make a substitution or shop around for a deal! We're not set on any specific product and wrote descriptions that may provide some guidance!
Finally, if you are in the USA, please consider shipping to us instead of bringing it to Montreal (due to space and customs considerations). We'll still wait to open it!
We are very grateful for your presence in our lives!

We're planning 2 honeymoons - one to Denmark in August and then to Tunisia in October! Any contribution is welcome!

Want to buy a flight for us? This link goes to an Expedia giftcard (you can set the value there) - feel free to transfer miles or whatever else might be convenient!

We're already established folks. We have 4 waffle irons between us and can make coffee at least 5 ways.
So, if you can think of something that would be useful, or interesting, or just plain fun, that would be great! We're a bit uneasy in general about this whole Wedding Registry thing anyway, so take a risk on something that you think might have a place in our future life together, and we'll at least love the initiative!

If you know Kevin, you know he cooks - and usually for Catherine and the kids. He'd love a 8-9" (200-240mm) top-tier Japanese chef's knife from Yoshimi Kato, Yu Kurosaki, Masakage, or similar (please not Miyabi/Zwilling/Henkels as he has had bad experiences with Zwilling knives).
These knives are often custom and inventories fluctuate. A starting place to find them are Chef Knives to Go, KnifeWear, and Seisuke, but you might well have better luck just doing some random searches.

A large saute pan or two - 13"+ / 3 QT+ . Our future kitchen will have an induction range, and so we will need new cookware! Kevin usually makes dinner in these big ol' pans, and so they are a big need!
We would prefer PTFE-free nonstick. We've heard great things about Alva Maestro, CeramiClad, and Caraway, but are really open to whatever you find!

We'll need new frying pans (10"-12", maybe an 8") for our future kitchen and induction range!

We're gutting and rehabbing our future house, and we would love any custom, unique contribution from you to establish its character!

Pay for the hotel room for our wedding night, the night before (for Kevin), or for our "Minimoon" to Québec the following week!

We don't often check bags, but we sometimes need the space for family trips - and our only checkable bag is an off-brand bag Kevin got at Goodwill.
We linked to one of Wirecutter's top choices, but all their options seemed crazy expensive. We'd love anything you think will keep it together on our trips to Colombia and Ghana and Iceland and wherever else!

Catherine likes ambient light, and Kevin doesn't like glare, so having some stylish, down-lit floor lamps would be nice!
The linked lamp is just taken from a best floor lamp list, but we don't have any attachment to this particular one.

We would love a top-of-the-line paring knife to outfit our future kitchen! Something like Shun Classic or Premier. At the time of writing, the Yaxell Taishi 4" Knife was on sale and appears to be rated on par with the Shun Classic line for utility and has more character.
If possible, avoid Zwilling / Henkels as Kevin has had bad experiences with them.

We have a heated throw (50" x 60") that's just too small! Something larger - 55" x 75" (double bed size) would be great!

We usually only bring carry-on bags and don't have very good luggage! We'd love a carry-on bag (or 2) to ensure everyone has a decent bag on family trips.
The one linked is just an example from a "best luggage" list—we'd love whatever you think would be a good option!
